- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★My office ordered a product that was to arrive refrigerated - it was shipped with an ice-pack by the seller, but due to a holiday weekend, it was going to sit in the UPS warehouse 4 extra days. When I arrived to pick it up, I had a hard time locating an employee but when I did, she had seen the indication for refrigeration and kept the package in her small, air-conditioned office.. taking up valuable space on her desk. she was very helpful in locating another non-urgent package as well.By Liza Pierce, April 27, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I'm not sure when the truck came but as I was about to leave the house,not knowing a package was delivered, it was placed right under my front door. Needless to say I stepped on it and fell down ,hurting my shoulder and scrapping my good knee. Sitting right next to the door is a rocking chair that the package could have been placed on. I am VERY unhappy with the delivery service.By carolyn wood, November 20, 2016
