- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I own a property restoration business and have had the opportunity to work on some property claims where this agency wrote the policy. The thing that is impressive is that several times I have seen the owners, Jeff Lewis and DJ White, at their policy holder's home or business to see how the claim was being handled. In addition, I know that other folks in the office, Karen McGrail being one, also follow-up with the policy holders over the phone as well to make sure that the claim is being handled properly.
